Honoring Bob Miller: The late Bob Miller will be honored Thursday with the Boys & Girls Club of the Eastern Panhandle’s 2013 Champion for Youth Award. Miller, a long-time Berkeley County resident and owner of Millers Electric, died of a massive heart attack earlier this year, two months shy of his 57th birthday. The 6:30 p.m. dinner at the Holiday Inn in Martinsburg will include tributes from community leaders. Rabies clinic: The Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County will be having a rabies clinic from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Tractor Supply in Charles Town.
