Forty-five families and 72 children were given new toys as part of T.A. Lowery Elementary School’s recent Candy Cane Express Gift Giving Program. Those who contributed to this year’s program were Dalb Inc., Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races, College Board of Reston (Va.), Marcus Enterprises, Shepherd University’s Student Community Services, Saddle Club/Summit Point Busy Bees 4-H Clubs, Shenandoah Heating & Air Conditioning, the Memory of Ben Hutzler and parents and staff at T.A. Lowery.
