Track and Field   Player: Nikki Ashbaugh   Nikki won the 800 meters at the PVC Meet. She was a member of the 4×400 and 4×800 teams that won — and was also third in the   400. She is the Patriot Female Athlete of the Week. Congratulations, Nikki!  

  Baseball   Player: Kendell Smith   The sophomore outfielder hit a homer and delivered other hits as the Patriots won their last three games of the season. He is the Patriot Male Athlete of the Week. Congratulations,Kendell!  

Softball Player: Devin Williams Devin pitched a one-hit shutout over Jefferson.She also homered in the win. She is the Patriot Female Athlete of the Week. Congratulations, Devin!

  Tennis   Player: Will Wheatley   The Patriots’ No. 1 singles player had an unbeaten week (April 16–22). He also went unbeaten in his doubles matches. He is the Patriot Male Athlete of the Week. Congratulations, Will!  

Track and Field Player: Devyn Hosby Devyn won the 100 at the Heurich Invite at Smithsburg. She was second in the 200. She was also third in the 100 and 400 at The Journal Invite. She is the Patriot Female Athlete of the Week. Congratulations, Devyn!

Tennis Player: Melissa Sirbaugh Melissa had Washington’s only point in a 6-1 loss to Parkersburg. She won her other singles matches last week. She is thePatriot Female Athlete of the Week. Congratulations, Melissa!
