Track and Field Player: Andrew Milliron Andrew won the 1600 and 3200 distance races at the Regional meet. He finished second in the 800 and ran a leg on the 4 x 800 relay team that finished second. Way to go, Andrew!

Track and Field Player: Emma Albright Emma won the shot put in a dual meet against Washington. She has also won the shot in other meets this season. She is the Cougar Female Athlete of the Week. Congratulations, Emma!  

Track and Field Player: Martinez Grant Martinez won the long jump at the Charleston Gazette Relays and at the PVC meet. He is the Cougar Male Athlete of the Week. Way to go, Martinez!  

Track and Field Player: Alanna Baylor Alanna was third in the 100 at the Gazette Relays. She also ran legs on both the 4 x 100 and 4 x 200 relay teams which both finished third. She is the Cougar Female Athlete of the Week. Congratulations, Alanna!  

Track and Field Player: Danté Price   Danté was in four events at the Gazette Relays. He won the 100 and 200 and ran legs on the winning 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 relay teams. He is the Cougar Male Athlete of the Week. Way to go, Danté!  

Track and Field Player: Abby Colbert Abby won the 3200 at The Journal Invitational and anchored the winning 4×800 relay as Jefferson won a tri-meet at Keyser. She is the Cougar Female Athlete of the Week. Congratulations, Abby!  

Track and Field Player: Warren Gray Warren won both 110 hurdles and the 300 hurdles at The Journal Invitational. He is the Cougar Male Athlete of the Week. Way to go, Warren!  

Softball Player: Casey Lyons Casey has been one of Jefferson’s steadiest hitters this season as the Lady Cougars have moved to a 13-6 record. She is the Cougar Female Athlete of the Week. Congratulations, Casey!  

Track and Field Player: Ryan Graf Ryan signed a letter of intent with the Air Force Academy and then won the 3200 at the Don Boyer Invitational as well as finishing second in the 1600. He is the Cougar Male Athlete of the Week. Way to go, Ryan!
