One Response to Food stamp use increases in West Virginia

  1. If the state would hire more people to catch the people who are abusing the system, the state would save a lot of money. There is one person who checks out calls received about welfare abuse. And this one person who handles the cslls from 3 local counties. There are many people who are receiving benefits who are not married but living with someone who makes a good living. Then there is married couples who say they are seperated from their spouse so they too can abuse the system. Some of these people have really good jobs with good benefits but who cheat the system. I could use the help but can not get any help. Maybe I could get the help if there wasn’t so many people abusing the system.
