  1. This is part of the plan to depopulate WV. The spill on Elk River was sabotage–another part.

  2. Another thing we have to worry about is the expansion of flood zones. They are increasing the floods zones that will now include homes that have not previously had to have flood insurance. It seems like a way to get money like a tax but not a tax. It doesn’t seem right.
