Four critical (three corrected on site): chemicals stored above single-use items, no date labeling on ready-to-eat food, product left uncovered in sandwich prep unit and upright cooler, mold in ice machine, ware washing machine dirty, improper cooling methods in walk-in cooler.
- Anthony’s Pizza IV, 72 Somerset Village Center, Charles Town – Two critical items (both corrected on site): Tuna salad at 45 degrees was discarded and dirty knives were cleaned.
- So Angelina’s, 304 W. Washington St. in Charles Town – No issues.
- Little Caesar’s, 38 Joshua M. Freeman Blvd., Ranson – No issues.
