The City of Ranson held its fourth annual Holiday Season and Employee Recognition Celebration at the Skyline Ballroom at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races on Thursday, Dec. 5. Employees recognized for their years of service were: (from left) Public Works Director William Silveous (five years), Planning Director Sarah Kleckner (five years), streets laborer Curtis White (five years), Community Development Specialist Kimberly Spangler (10 years), Economic Development Director David Mills (15 years), permit technician Elizabeth Stroop (15 years), Construction Foreman Christopher Silveous (five years), Ranson Police Capt. Robbie Roberts (25 years), sewer laborer Timothy Costello (15 years), and Human Resources Manager/City Clerk Stacey A. Dodson Pfaltzgraff (10 years). Other employees honored were Ranson Police Lt. Todd Lutman and Sgt. Keith Sigulinsky, and shop manager Roger Wilber.
