Keep the Independence Day holiday fun going Friday night with a free concert in Charles Town. The South Jefferson Public Library in Summit Point is hosting an art exhibit featuring the works of photographer Stefanie Boss. Through Aug. 31, anyone can stop by the library at 49 Church St. to see the exhibit during its regular hours of operation: from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and 1 to 5 p.m. Sundays.
