Independence Hall site manager Travis Henline portrays Francis Pierpont, the governor of the Restored Government of Virginia, as W. Va. Senate President Jeff Kessler and Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin look on during the Historic Legislative Gathering as part of West Virginia’s sesquicentennial celebration earlier this month.
