Hosby, Harrison lead Patriots past Musselman

Washington cruised past Musselman, 96.5-42.5, to win the girls division of the Washington-Musselman track and field dual meet.

Both Devyn Hosby and Destiny Harrison won two individual events. Hosby won the 100 meters and the 200 meters and Harrison won the 400 meters and the 800 meters.

Faith Stone posted a win in the 3200 and Mya Linden took first in the 300 hurdles. Rhonda Rogombe was first in the high jump.

Caysie Irving (pole vault), Rachael Krowpman (long jump), Kristen Williams (shot put) and Emma Banfield (discus) all posted wins in individual events.

The relays were good to the Patriots and they had wins in the 4×100, 4×200, 4×400 and 4×800 events.

Musselman posted a 76-66 win in the boys division.

Connor Flinchum won twice for the Patriots, taking the 200 meters and 300 hurdles. Kevin Grega was first in the 800.

Washington won the 4×100, 4×400 and 4×800 relays.

Musselman was able to win all five field events.
