Shepherd loses to Tusculum
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Tusculum (Tenn.) defeated Shepherd, 8-3, in a softball game played in the NCSI Sports Invitational tournament. The win marked the second day in a row Tusculum had beaten the Lady Rams.
Shanan Plunkett had three hits and Savannah Snyder a two-run homer for Shepherd. Tiffany Biggs saw her pitching record go to 3-6 and Shepherd was 4-9 overall.
