About to be a roundabout

The W.Va. 9 Flowing Springs exit to East Fifth Avenue in Ranson will close Thursday as work begins on the construction of a roundabout intersection for the Charles Town Race Track Access Road and for the realignment of the existing section of Fifth Avenue. The closure will be in place around the clock, according to the West Virginia Division of Highways. Work is expected to be completed in late June.
