Morrisey makes history

Harpers Ferry resident Patrick Morrisey is sworn in as Attorney General Monday in Charleston. He becomes the first Republican attorney general elected in West Virginia since the 1930s, and the first attorney general ever elected from the Eastern Panhandle.
