State Sen. John Unger presents a Community Participation Grant at a City of Charles Town Council meeting to Partnership for Affordable Housing Inc. The $2,500 grant, administered through the City of Charles Town, enables the partnership to purchase a laptop computer and projector to be used in its Homebuyer Education Classes and budget and credit counseling sessions.
