Continue reading …Megan Hutson, 20, of Martinsburg, was crowned 2012 Miss Jefferson County at Wright Denny Elementary School on Saturday as part of the Miss Jefferson County, Miss Jefferson County Outstanding Teen and Miss Shenandoah Outstanding Teen Pageant. Hutson, a student at West Virginia University, will compete in the Miss West Virginia Pageant in June.
