Jones, Capers land with NFL teams
Former WVU offensive lineman Selvish Capers has been signed by the New York Giants and is on the team’s roster for this week’s game against Washington. Capers is a former Redskin who was released by the team following this year’s summer camp.
Former Shepherd tight end Dominique Jones is back with the Indianapolis Colts. Jones was on the Indianapolis roster for the first few games before being released. He was signed by Miami and placed on the Dolphins’ practice squad.
Last weekend, the Colts signed Jones again and he is listed on the team’s roster as a fullback/tight end.
