Buck shot

Calvin Pierson of Charles Town shows off the nine-point buck he brought to the Division of Natural Resources office in Romney on a hunting trip to property he owns in Junction. Pierson, who has been hunting since 1970, said the deer was the biggest one he’d ever gotten. “I’m an old West Virginia boy.” Pierson said. “I love to hunt.”
