Delivering the pitch
U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin rears back on the mound at Washington High School on Friday to toss out the first pitch for the baseball game between the Patriots and the Petersburg Vikings. Manchin was on hand to help the team celebrate the dedication of its new press box, which opened at the start of this season.
