Webster completes graduate studies

Amanda Webster recently completed her graduate studies from West Virginia University. She received her Master of Arts in educational psychology with an emphasis on child development and family studies in December, 2011. Amanda is the daughter of Roger and Cindy Webster, of Shepherdstown.
