Stress workshop happens Thursday
MARTINSBURG – Dealing with stress and reaching goals will be the focus of a Thursday workshop put on by the Women’s Network, the joint effort of the Berkeley and Jefferson chambers of commerce.
The morning-long workshop, “De-Stress and Achieve Your Heart’s Desire,” begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Historic McFarland House, 409 S. Queen St. in Martinsburg.
The cost is $25 for Women’s Network members, $30 for women who attend as guests of a Network member or $50 to cover both the workshop and to enroll as a member.
