Martinsburg resident pleads guilty to crack cocaine distribution
Sharnjett Amar, 23, of Martinsburg, pled guilty in United States District Court to one count of knowingly using an individual under the age of 18 to distribute crack cocaine. Singh, who is in custody pending sentencing, faces a maximum exposure of one to 40 years’ imprisonment and a fine of $2 million.
