Knights donate to schools

As part of the Knights of Columbus’ “Campaign for People with Intellectual Disabilities” campaign, a $700 donation was made this month to Jefferson County Schools. Assistant Superintendent of Schools Patrick Blanc (center) accepts the gift from campaign chairman Ed Brosh (left) of Knights Council 12036 of Charles Town and Grand Knight Steve Smith (right). The funds will go to the county’s Special Olympics and extended school year program.
