Free yoga classes offered next week
SHEPHERDSTOWN – Harmony Healing Arts Center will mark its sixth anniversary with a week of free yoga classes.
Starting Sunday and continuing through March 24, the studio at 211 E. New St. will host a variety of classes open to anyone. Class times and descriptions can be found at www.harmonyhealingarts.org.
Some of the free classes serve as previews of the studio’s spring session, according to Harmony’s Terry Lindsay, and those who sign up before March 23 get a discount. For details, call 304-582-0179.
