AAA girls all-state basketball

CHARLESTON— The Class AAA girls basketball all-state teams have been released. The eight players selected to the first team were Alicia Noble (Byrd), Kiana Evans (Huntington), McKenzie Akers (Princeton), Olivia Moore (Woodrow Wilson), Bianca Andre (Greenbrier East), Brittany Gordon (South Charleston), Mikki Glenna (Bridgeport) and Emily Puskarich (Wheeling Park).

Listed on the “honorable mention” roster were McKinley Thomas of Jefferson, Nicole Henderson of Musselman, and Jasmyn Hosby of Martinsburg.
