KEARNEYSVILLE — Lyle Tabb reached his competitive objective in January as soon as the airplane wheels touched down in Honolulu. Having won a Young Farmer Award from the American Farm Bureau, as the representative from West Virginia, Tabb had received an all-expense-paid trip to the bureau’s annual meeting.
