Copper theft costs South Jefferson $300,000

 

Photographs show the estimated $300,000 in damages that occurred to the HVAC units on top of South Jefferson Elementary School between 10 p.m. Friday night and 7 a.m. Saturday morning. Investigating officers say the thieves stole copper. Read the entire story in next week’s Spirit of Jefferson Advocate.

  1. This is a good example of police officers not doing there job
    its hard to catch people stealing if your at 7/11 drinking coffe and eating donuts there is alot of people who has had there things
    stolen all over the county,and the cops know where this copper went
    summit point salvage,winchester scrap,conservit,just to name a few
    come on guys do your job .
