Attorney General office to host ID theft workshop

Attorney General Darrell McGraw will have a field representative at the Ranson Senior Center at 102 W. 5th Ave. on Wednesday. The meeting will last from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The workshop will include a presentation on identity theft for consumers, and the field representative will take complaints and answer questions about consumer protection issues. Anyone needing to file a complaint is asked to bring documentation.

The attorney general maintains a toll free consumer hotline at 1-800-368-8808, and a website at www.wvago.gov.
