CHARLES TOWN — The doors are open at the Hampton Inn, in Charles Town.
Hampton Hotels, the global brand of the mid-priced Hampton Inn and Suites hotels, has announced that its newest property at 157 Pimlico Drive, has now officially opened.
The new 131-room hotel is across from Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races.
Director of Sales Tara Perry said she believes this Hampton Inn will be one of the leading hotels in the market.
“Charles Town is an ideal area for business travelers as well as leisure guests,” Perry said. “By staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Charles Town, our guests can mix business and pleasure and escape all the traffic and congestion found in the big city. The hotel is owned and operated by Uniwest Hospitality.
The hotel includes a nicely decorated “perfect mix” lobby, that hotel officers helps create a comfortable community atmosphere, and hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, complimentary high speed internet access, nearly 600 square feet of multipurpose meeting space and a fitness center.
Inside their rooms, guests will find a Clean and Fresh Hampton Bed, a comfortable work space, an in-room safe and sleek flat screen HDTVs with a new residential-style TV line-up of over 120 channels, the majority of which are broadcast in high definition. A hot breakfast is served each morning.
