Simon, Skinner to vie for Doyle’s vacant seat
With the announcement last week by Delegate John Doyle that he will not seek re-election in 2012, the race for the newly numbered 67th Delegate District looks to be a contest between Elliot Simon and Stephen Skinner, barring any late entries to the race.
