Children’s Trophy Tennis
The Jefferson County Memorial Park children’s trophy tennis tournament was held on August 8 — 11 with 112 contestants.
Single age group champions were: Chloe Miller, Olivia Smith, Ava Roth, Sarah Leonguerrero, Dori Sanders, MacKenzie Littleton, Melissa Sirbaugh, Kristian Robinson, Aiden Turney, Austin Gregoryk, Kaleb Lochnor (2) and Austin Thomas (2).
Doubles winners were: Kassidy Hoffman and Kay Fieldstein, MacKenzie Littleton and Dori Sanders, Kaley Hoffman and Melissa Sirbaugh, Ethan Horseman and Austin Hughes, Trenton Littleton and Kaleb Lochnor, Austin Thomas and Cullen Irving, MacKenzie Littleton and Trenton Littleton, and Melissa Sirbaugh and Austin Thomas.
Singles runner-ups were: Anna Smith, Emmileah Fields, Evangeline Vaira, Madison Chen, Sarah Leonguerrero, Madeline Flanagan, MacKenzie Littleton, Dennis Henriquez, Nathan Perry, Cole Gore, Bryce Turney, Stone
Sanders and Cullen Irving (2).

Players of the Year
Big league tennis players of the year were Melissa Sirbaugh and Austin Thomas. Little league players of the year were Madison Chen and Bryce Turney.
Swimming Pool

Tennis Awards Night
The children’s park tennis awards night will be held at the park tennis pavilion rain or shine on Tuesday, September 6 at 6 p.m. All tennis families are invited but the following should attend to receive their trophies and
photos: All Owls, all Tigers, all Hawks present for the playoffs on August 2, Big League and Little League players of the year, and all first and second place finishers in the trophy tournament.
